At Centurion Lighting, we are committed to delivering your order swiftly and securely. All orders are fully insured and shipped via UPS, ensuring safe transit. You can expect your order to ship same-day (orders placed before 5pm PST on business days) for in-stock products. The typical arrival time is within 5-7 business days for our US customers.
Customized orders and some of our designer line of sconces, pendant fixtures, and chandeliers can have up to a 4 week lead time.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Mon - Fri), (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Area, Costs, Time, and Carriers:
All transactions on our site are processed in USD($). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- All our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days once your order has been processed.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and other external conditions beyond our control.
Order/Shipment Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) for in stock orders. Custom orders and fixtures mentioned above will have the tracking updated once shipped.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@centurionlighting.com or call us at (800) 414-5109. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@centurionlighting.com or call us at (800) 414-5109.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@centurionlighting.com or call us at (800) 414-5109.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.
