• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

• Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site.

• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order as required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship products within the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times are specified during checkout.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition. Custom items are not eligible for return. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details.

• Refunds: Store Credit will be issued immediately upon arrival of returned purchases – provided the items are in new and unused condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details.

7. Warranty

We provide a nontransferable Lifetime Warranty on our Fixtures, as well as a 5-year warranty on our LED engines. Warranty details and exclusions are outlined in the product documentation. Please contact us for warranty claims or questions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Centurion Outdoor Lighting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurion Outdoor Lighting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site, Services, or products.
